These totes are extremely durable and made with 100% Tyvek technical fabric. This makes it durable, lightweight and water resistant. We've sold hundreds of these and have never had an issue with the material ripping, so do not worry! :) The material is meant to seem very light but it is extremely strong. We encourage you to research 100% Tyvek technical fabric and you will find that this is the leading material in water resistant items and lasts for a very long time :)
