RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Due to the custom, handmade, nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our policy is listed on our website, our return policy page, as well as at checkout. You agree to these terms and conditions by checking the box at checkout. 

Please review size charts and item details carefully and/or contact us prior to ordering, if you have any questions. We do not accept returns on designer inspired items, pre-order items, or clothing that doesn’t fit you correctly (size charts will be posted on clothing and shoes or given by request).

OUR PROMISE:

We stand behind our products and want you to love them! Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo of the item and describe the nature of the problem, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise on pick up or date of delivery and not the day you open the package. Please inspect your items when you get them right away.

All of our items are hand pressed and bleached individually. Please note due to the high volume of orders processing time can vary depending on the item. Each item listing will show the processing time. If an item does not have a turnaround time listed, please reach out to us. Specific details vary from product to product. If you have specific questions on design or color, please make sure you ask. Due to the nature of bleach and our shirts being a handmade process, there may be slight discrepancies from shirt to shirt. Also, the shade or color of shirts may vary slightly from shirt to shirt. No two shirts will be 100% identical. Thank you for your understanding!  We try to get orders completed as quickly as possible for you so you can enjoy your new products!

GARMENT CARE:

In order for the life of your shirt / sweatshirt and to get the most wear, please dry shirts inside out, and no fabric softener! You will get a care card with every order as well. We want your items to last and recommend following our care instructions. We are not responsible for damages, fading, or defects resulting from improper care or handling. We are not responsible for the selection of incorrect sizing.
