Mahalo nui loa for ordering from us! We are so grateful for your choice to shop with us and know you're excited to receive your order!! We are small business and work hard to ensure all orders ship as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
We are an ONLINE business with pre-order and a few RTS (ready to ship)/on hand items. All clothing is made to order. Payments are required before your order is confirmed and shipped.
Each item might have different turnaround times/shipping times. Every item posted will include information about when it should arrive to you. Since we use multiple vendors, some of the items may ship in multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping costs.
With Covid and holidays shipping may be delayed. Please know we have ZERO control over shipping and delays due to weather/Covid etc.
For pre-orders, we will message you when your order comes in and then will package up items based on rules above. We will do everything in our power to get your orders to you as quickly as possible based on what shipping allows. We do not refund for late shipping or extended times out of our control.
Vitamin Sea Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Delays with any shipping carrier.
- Orders marked delivered according to tracking.
- Orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. The carrier will assume responsibility once the package has been shipped.
- If you did not purchase Route Package Protection, you may be able to file a claim with USPS here or contact USPS via phone at 1-800-275-8777. For orders shipped via UPS, you may be able to file a claim with UPS here or contact UPS via phone at 1-800-742-5877.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
Route provides protection for your package and is offered at checkout. Lost, stolen, or damaged package? If something went wrong with your protected order, you can report an issue by filing a claim here.
